Exchange and return policy

Any product that is used cannot be returned in any way according to the regulations, except for what is used for the purpose of testing it in the laboratory.

The product will be exchanged only if it is in its original condition within 3 days from the date of arrival.

The product will be returned if it is in its original condition within 3 days from the date of arrival.

The delivery value will be deducted if the delivery is completed and the customer does not receive the order and request its return.

The transfer fee will be deducted.

The percentage of financial intermediation institutions (basket) is deducted.
